We guarantee your satisfaction!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please, let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order so we may pay prompt attention to your credit, refund or exchange.

General Ordering Information

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
• Florida residents must add  6% tax.
• Merchandise is subject to availability.
• Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing Time

• Supplies & Accessories:  2-3 weeks
• Greenware:  2-3 weeks
• Bisqueware:  2-3 weeks
• Painted Kits:  3-4 weeks
• Finished Dolls: 1 week

Shipping & Handling

Shipments are shipped are insured and shipped via your choice of United Parcel Service.  Be sure to note any freight loss or damage on the freight bill before you sign it.  It is the customers responsibility to file a freight claim with the delivery carrier for any loss or damage.   Customers who provide an email address with their order will be notified with a tracking number the day their shipment is sent out.

Ordering may be accomplished by Telephone, Email, Pay-Pal Shopping Cart or by traditional mail. 

• Telephone orders: Can be placed at 321.433.DOLL / 866.789.DOLL between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
• Email orders: Indicate the item, Size, Color and Quantity along with payment method and we'll contact you regarding your order.
• Pay-Pal shopping Cart:  Please fill in all the fields on the order form, missing information may delay processing of your order.  When we receive your order we will contact you to arrange payment method.
• Traditional Mail:  Please use print out our Order Form and use it for your purchase.  Orders can be sent to

Return Policy

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we'll do whatever it takes to keep the customer satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, contact us within thirty (30) days from date of invoice and we will replace or exchange the item or refund your money of the purchased item minus initial shipping and handling fees if applicable.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the merchandise. 
• Costume patterns are non-returnable or exchangeable.
• No exchanges, returns or refunds without return or exchange authorization.
